Exciting News!
We officially opened our 2nd site on the grounds of Greenslate Community Farm in Billinge in May 2024. We are open five days a week across both sites from 8am to 5pm.
Our Aspull site is nearly full with only a few sessions free. We are also filling saces quickly for September 2025 so please contact us asap if you would like to reserve a place.
The Greenslate Community farm setting still has availability but we are filling up quickly. We have animals and the Strawbale Cafe on site. We have our own dedicated woodland area and will continue to follow the same ethos that has made our site in Aspull such a special place for children to learn and play.

Little Sticks Forest School
We are an "Outstanding" Ofsted rated, fully outdoor Forest School open since April 2021. We cater for children aged 24 months and upwards. We now have 2 sites, Little Sticks Aspull is located on the grounds of Aspull Rugby Club close to both Wigan, Bolton and surrounding areas.
Little Sticks Greenslate is now open and set on the grounds of Greenslate Community Farm in Billinge .

Opening Hours:
Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm
We are open 46 weeks per year with 2 weeks off at Christmas, 1 week at Easter, 1 week in May and 2 weeks during the school summer holidays. Click on About for more information

We offer places for all types of funding including 2 year old funding (15 hrs), 3/4 year old funding (15 and 30 hrs), Tax Free Child Care, Child Care Vouchers
